Type of Sentence Rule
Interrogative Had + Subject + been + Verb (Ist form) + Ing + Object + For/Since + Time + Remaining + (?)
Interrogative & Negative Had + Subject + Not + been + Verb (Ist form) + Ing + Object + For/Since + Time + Remaining + (?)

Past Perfect Continuous Interrogative sentence starts with 'Had' and 'Been' remains just before the verb (first form + 'Ing'). Question Mark (?) is affixed at the end of sentence in place of Full Stop (.). In Interrogative and Negative Sentence, 'Not' is added just before 'Been'. 'Been' and 'verb' remains together.

पास्ट पर्फेक्ट कंटिन्युअस इंटेरोगेटिव वाक्य 'Had' से शुरू होते हैं और 'Been' को 'वर्ब का फर्स्ट फ़ॉर्म +Ing' से पहले लगाते हैं । वाक्य के अंत में फुल स्टाप (.) की जगह प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह (?) लगाता हैं । इसके प्रश्नवाचक और नकारात्मक वाक्य में 'Not' को 'Been' से पहले लगाते हैं और 'Been' वर्ब के साथ रहता है।

3rd Person -Plural Had they/boys been awaking since Friday for the exam?

Past Perfect Continuous Tense - Interrogative & Negative क्या मेरे बेटे के जन्म के समय से हम मीटिंग में भाग नही ले रहे थे?
Person Had Subject Not + Been + Verb(Ist Form) + Ing + Object Since / For Time + Remaining
Ist person Had I not been attending the meetings since the birth of my son.
Ist Person -Plural Had we not been attending the meetings since the birth of my son.
2nd Person Had you not been attending the meetings since the birth of my son.
3rd Person -Singular Had he/she/it/Ram not been attending the meetings since the birth of my son.
3rd Person -Plural Had they/boys not been attending the meetings since the birth of my son.

Sentence वाक्य
She had not been going to office for last two-three days. वह पिछले दो तीन दिनों से ऑफिस नही जा रही थी।
Shantur had been waiting for my reply since Ist January. शांतुर मेरे जवाब का इंतजार 1st जनवरी से कर रहा था ।
Had you been driving that car for the last three years? क्या तुम उस कार को पिछले तीन सालों से चला रहे थे ?
The gardner had been watering the plants since 6 O’clock in the morning. माली सुबह के 6 बजे से पौधों को पानी दे रहा था ।
Had she been writing a book for the last two months? क्या पिछले दो महिने से वह एक किताब लिख रही थी ?
Boys had been watching television since evening. बच्चे शाम से टेलिविज़न देख रहे थे ।
The train had been running for five hours. ट्रेन पांच घंटे से चल रही थी ।
He had been dealing in computer hardware since 2011. वह 2011 से कंप्युटर हॉर्ड़वेयर का व्यापार कर रहा था ।
You had been cramming the same lesson for the last 35 minutes. तुम पिछले 35 मिनिट से एक ही पाठ का रट्टा लगा रही थी ।
She had been knocking at the door for the 2 hours. वह दो घंटे से दरवाजा खटखटा रही थी ।
