Past Indefinite Interrogative sentence starts with 'Did' and Ist form of verb is used instead of 2nd form of Verb. In Interrogative & Negative
sentence, 'Not' is added just before the verb (Ist form).
पास्ट इन्ड़ेफिनेट इंटेरोगेटिव वाक्य 'Did' से स्टार्ट होते हैं और इसमे वर्ब की फर्स्ट फ़ॉर्म का इस्तेमाल होता है । इसके प्रश्नवाचक और नकारात्मक वाक्यों में 'Not' वर्ब से पहले लगता है ।

| नही, मैने नही । हां, मैने की । | No, I didn't. / Yes, I did. |
| क्या तुमने मुझे याद किया? | Did you remember me? |
| मैने अपने घर पर किसी को याद नही किया । | I did not remember anybody at my home. |
| मैने कल अपने कपड़े नही घोए । | I did not wash my clothes yesterday. |
'Did' is also used to emphasise something in Past Indefinite Tense
किसी बात पर जोर देने के लिये भी 'Did' का प्रयोग होता है । 'Did' के साथ वर्ब की फर्स्ट फ़ॉर्म का प्रयोग होता है ।

In Past Indefinite Tense, time may or may not come. In the sentences which appears as present perfect tense or past perfect
tense and time is mentioned, then it is also translated in past indefinite tense. Time is main important fact in differentiating
Past Indefinite Tense.
पास्ट इन्ड़ेफिनेट टेन्स वाक्यों में समय का प्रयोग हो भी सकता है और नही भी । जो वाक्य दिखने में प्रेज़न्ट पर्फेक्ट टेन्स या पास्ट पर्फेक्ट टेन्स लगाते हैं लेकिन अगर उसमें समय आ जाए ते वह वाक्य भी पास्ट इन्डेफिनेट के अंतर्गत आ जाते हैं ।
