Passive Voice of Miscellaneous

We have covered almost all types of Passive Voice sentences. It is observed that Passive Voice sentence emphasize more on action and subject is normally not there. Where subject comes, it is written that the action is done by the subject. e.g. Room has been cleaned. When subject is added then it becomes - Room has been cleaned by her. Importance is on action.

Sometimes at the time of making passive voice of sentences which contains words -someone / somebody / one's etc, these words are removed e.g. Active voice : Someone has stolen our cycle. Passive voice : Our cycle has been stolen. When such Passive voice sentence is to be converted in Active voice sentence, such words are added again with the Active voice sentence.

हमने लगभग सभी प्रकार के Passive voice वाक्यो को कवर कर लिया हैं यह देखा की passive voice वाक्यो में Action पर ज्यादा महत्व दिया जाता है और आमतौर पर सब्जेक्ट नही होता । जहाँ सब्जेक्ट आता है, वहां लिखा जाता है की Action सब्जेक्ट द्वारा किया गया जैसे - कमरा साफ किया गया । सब्जेक्ट के जोड़ने पर यह वाक्य बनता है - कमरा उसके द्वारा साफ किया गया है । महत्व Action पर है ।

कभी कभी Passive voice बनाते समय कुछ शब्द - someone / somebody / one's आदि को हटा दिया जाता हैं जैसे कि Active voice :किसी ने हमारी साइकल चुरा ली है । Passive voice : हमारी साइकल किसी के द्वारा चुरा ली गई है । ऐसे वाक्य जब Passive voice से Active voice में बदले जाता है, यह शब्द -someone / somebody / one's आदि पुनः जोड़ दिये जाते है ।

'By' is not used with these Verbs

In Passive Voice, 'By' is not used with these Verbs. Instead of 'By' appropriate Prepositions of the Verbs are used.

उसकी अचानक मुलाकात ने हमे अचंभित कर दिया है ।	His sudden visit has amazed us.	We have been amazed at his sudden visit.	हम उसकी अचानक मुलाकात से अचंभित हो गये हैं ।
राधा ने कृष्ण को परेशान नही किया ।	Radha did not annoy with Krishan.	Krishan was not annoyed with Radha.	कृष्ण राधा द्वारा परेशान नही हए ।
उसके व्यवहार ने स्वाती को सदमा पहुंचाया ।	His behaviour shocked Swati.	Swati was shocked at his behaviour.	स्वाती को उसकी व्यवहार से सदमा पहुंचा था ।
मैने अपने परिवार को संतुष्ट किया ।	I satisfied my family.	My family was satisfied with me.	मेरा परिवार मेरे से संतुष्ट था ।
रमेश ने सुमन को नाराज किया,	Ramesh offended Suman.	Suman was offended with Ramesh.	सुमन रमेश से नाराज हुई थी ।
मधुर ने भाविन से शादी की ।	Madhur married to Bhavin.	Bhavin was married with Madhur.	भाविन से मधुर की शादी की गई ।
उसके ट्रांसफ़र की खबर ने उसे अप्रसन्न कर दिया है ।	The news of his transfer has displeased her.	She has been displeased at the news of his transfer.	वह उसकी ट्रांसफ़र की खबर से अप्रसन्न हो गई है ।
नेहा ने स्वाती को खुश किया ।	Neha pleased Swati.	Swati was pleased with Neha.	स्वाती नेहा से खुश हो गई ।

किसी ने हमे बुरी तरह ठग लिया है ।	Somebody has deceived us badly.	We have been deceived badly.	हम बुरी तरह ठगे गये है ।
लोग भिखारियों पर हंसे ।	People laughed at beggars.	Beggars were laughed at by people.	भिखारीयों पर लोगो द्वारा हंसा गया था ।
मैने उससे गाना गंवाया ।	I made him sing a song.	He was made to sing a song.	उससे गाना गंवाया गया ।
लोग कहते है की वह ईमानदार मंत्री है ।	People say that he is an honest minister.	It is said that he is an honest minister.	यह कहा जाता है की वह ईमानदार मंत्री है ।
लोग कहते है की वह ईमानदार मंत्री है ।	People say that he is an honest minister.	He is said to be an honest minister.	वह ईमानदार मंत्री कहा जाता है ।
मेरी पत्नी ने मुझसे पूछा मैं कब उसे फोन करूंगा ।	My wife asked me when I would ring her.	I was asked by me wife when I would ring her.	मुझसे मेरी पत्नी द्वारा पूछा गया कब मैं उसे फोन करूंगा ।
वर्षा शुरू होने से पहले ही किसान खेतो में हल चला चुके थे ।	The farmers had ploughed the fields before the rains set in.	The fields had been ploughed by the farmers before the rains set in.	वर्षा शुरू होने से पहले ही किसानो द्वारा खेतो में हल चलाया जा चुका था ।
अंधेरा होने से पूर्व ही हम अपने निर्दिष्ट स्थान पहुंच चुके थे ।	We had reached our destination before it got dark.	Our destination had been reached by us before it got dark.	अंधेरा होने से पूर्व ही हमारे द्वारा निर्दिष्ट स्थान पहुंचा जा चुका था ।

यह समय है हरि झंडी देने का ।	It is time to give the green signal.	It is time for the green signal to be given.	यह समय है हरि झंडी दी जाये ।

इसके बारे में सबको सूचित कर दिया गया था ।	Everyone had been informed about it.
कर्फ्यू शहर में लगाया गया है ।	The curfew has been imposed in the city.
पानी आमतौर पर घूँट घूँट पिया जाता है ।	Water is usually taken a sip by sip.
