Background of It's Need

Tense of a sentence gives an idea of the time when the action/incident mentioned in a statement occurs/happens/takes place. It also shows the degree of completeness of the action/incident. Different types of Tense are defined on the basis of time factor and degree of completeness of the action / incident. Identification of type of Tense is most important factor in learning English. It is a fact that the most common mistake in forming a sentence, is inadequate knowledge of tenses. Strong knowledge of tense is a base foundation of fluent and flawless English.

वाक्य का टेन्स यह जानकारी देता है की वाक्य में वर्णित एक्शन/घटना कब घटित हुई है. यह एक्शन/घटना की पूर्णता की स्थिति भी बताता है. समय और एक्शन की पूर्णता की स्थिति के आधार पर अलग अलग प्रकार के वाक्य परिभाषित किये गये है. इंग्लिश सीखने में टेन्स की पहचान बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है. यह सत्य है की सेंटेन्स बनाने में सबसे ज्यादा गलतियाँ, टेन्स की पूर्ण जानकारी ना होना है. टेन्स की पक्की जानकारी, धाराप्रवाह और दोषरहित इंग्लिश का आधार है. 

Errors or confusion in identification of tense can be easily removed, if we can compare or view a sentence in all types of tenses. There are three tenses (Present/Past/Future) and four different types of each tense (Indefinite/Continuous/Perfect/Perfect Continuous tense) and further each types of different tense has four types of sentences (Positive/Negative/Interrogative/Interrogative & Negative). Thus a tense of a sentence can be of 48 types and each type has different rules.

गलतियां या टेन्स की पहचान में गड़बड़ी आसानी से दूर की जा सकती है, यदि हम एक वाक्य को सभी प्रकार के टेन्स में देख सकें. टेन्स के तीन प्रकार है (प्रेज़ेंट/पास्ट/फ्यूचर) और प्रत्येक प्रकार के आगे चार प्रकार है (इन्डेफिनेट/कंटिन्युअस/पर्फेक्ट/पर्फेक्ट कंटिन्युअस टेन्स) और आगे हर एक प्रकार के टेन्स के चार प्रकार के वाक्य हैं (सकारात्मक/नकारात्मक/प्रश्नात्मक/प्रश्नात्मक और नकारात्मक). इस प्रकार एक वाक्य का टेन्स 48 प्रकार का हो सकता है और प्रत्येक प्रकार का अलग नियम है.
